ANN ARBOR, Mich., December 20, 2021, — The Arotech Corporation announced today that its Advanced Electronics Division (AED) acquired Advance Circuit Technology (ACT), a privately held corporation in Rochester, NY. ACT brings new and synergistic capabilities to Arotech with their mission critical printed circuit board and microelectronic assemblies technologies.
“The addition of Advance Circuit Technology expands our electronics manufacturing service capabilities and dramatically increases our operational capacity.
