Mr. della Penna joined Greenbriar in 2018 as a Senior Advisor and has worked with Greenbriar since 2012 in a consulting capacity. He currently serves as the Managing Partner of Aesop Partners, a boutique organizational diligence firm he founded in 2018 with over 20 years of prior experience in organizational diligence, executive assessment, and coaching. Mr. della Penna has previously held senior positions with BCG, Green Peak Partners, and Peoples Bank.
